requirements, schedules, risk management, agile project management, and change control.
In group exercises, participants gain an understanding of how the project management processes are used during each phase of a project to build a better, more effective project plan and to effectively communicate the results in performance reports.

Meet your Instructor
Rick Hycoop has over 20 years of project management experience and
is currently employed by the DoD as an Earned Value Analyst at the Missile Defense Agency.
Rick served as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager for the Navy Tactical Command Support System and as the Earned Value Manager for the Defense
Integrated Military Human Resources System.
Rick is PMP and EVP certified as well as DAWIA Level 3 in B-FM and DoD FM Level 3.
